Yes, Vimeo is accessible from anywhere. Vimeo can be used any type of computers like Windows 10 and Mac. Vimeo is also accessible anywhere with Wi-Fi or data usage.

Yes, Vimeo does have the ability to lay multiple tracks. Vimeo is pretty easy to work with because all you have to do is download the video or image and load it in the editor. Same for the audio track, all you need to do is input the audio track into Vimeo.
-Does Vimeo have the Ability to strip or mute audio and natural sounds from video?
No, Vimeo does not have the ability to strip or mute audio and natural sounds from the video because it's a editing software that edits the video for you.
-Does Vimeo have the ability to collaborate with other users?
No, Vimeo does not have the ability to collaborate with other users because the editing software is an app that you input your images/videos into the creation part, same for your audios but it takes like a minute to create and gives you what they made.

Yes, Open Shot is accessible on most operating systems such as, Linux, Windows, and Mac. Open shot can be used in any location as long as the computer is under a stable Wi-Fi connection or under a stable data/hotspot.

Yes, open shot does have the ability to lay multiple tracks. For the video all you need to do is find the file input for images and you can put any image or video you want. Once you put your file you can load it into the editor and place it where you want. For the audio it's the same thing, but you must put the soundtrack under the image/video file or else you wont be able to see the video.

Yes, open shot does have the ability to strip or mute audio natural sounds from the video. So basically to perform this action you must put in the video file and place it where the editor is. Once you have it placed you can press sliced to separate the video and you can press separate audio to remove the sound of the original video.

No, only one user can edit on One Shot at the same time. The reason to this is probably because the app thinks it interferes the other person while there editing.

Yes, Clip Champ is accessible from any device as long as the device has Chrome of Microsoft Edge installed. Clip champ is available to use anywhere as long as there is a stable Wi-Fi and a stable data-usage/ hotspot.

Yes, Clip Champ does have the ability to lay multiple tracks. For video you must find the image file location and once you find it you insert your decided file into the editor. For the audio you must find the sound track input file place to put your file into the editor.

Clip Champ does have the ability to strip the files but it does not have the option to mute audio and natural sounds from the video.

Yes, clip champ does have the ability to collaborate with other users. To do this you must sync feature in your video and post it on an online library so that another user from another computer can join in and edit with the first user.

Overall all the video editing software's are easy to access anywhere but I believe Vimeo might be the easiest once to access if your in a rush to somewhere.

Honestly all the video editing software's work to input any tracks you want and as much as you want, but I much rather use Open Shot for a long video.

The only software that works to strip or mute audio and natural sounds is Open Shot.

The only software that can collaborate with other users is Clip Champ so I encourage people to use this if they want to work on a video with a friend.
Overall
Overall, I like Open Shot as the best editing software.
